DEALER ROOM SCHEDULE:

If you are unable to set up or tear down during the times shown, notify the Dealer Liaison.  The Dealer’s Room Schedule is subject to change.  We will attempt to notify you of any changes, but please verify times with the Dealer Liaison when you arrive.  Spaces that are vacant at the time the Dealer Room opens to the public may be re-sold or reassigned at the sole discretion of the Dealer Liaison, without refund.

DEALER ROOM RULES:

Each Vendor is responsible for obtaining any required licenses from the State, City or County.  All collection and reporting of taxes in accordance with local regulations are the sole responsibility of the Vendor.  Information is available from the State of Missouri at http://dor.mo.gov/

Each Dealer is responsible for their own insurance.  ConQuesT is not responsible for losses, damages and claims.  The Dealer assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims which may arise from the Dealer’s activities on the Hotel premises. The Dealer will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConQuesT, KaCSFFS Inc and the Hotel, as well as both their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Minors will be attending ConQuesT.  Each Dealer is responsible for ensuring that materials openly displayed are suitable for viewing by minors and that potentially harmful merchandise is stored and displayed out of reach of consumers.

ConQuesT will make reasonable efforts for the security of your goods and safety of your personnel while in the Dealer’s Room. The Dealer’s Room will be secured and access will be limited during times the room is closed to the public.  This is neither an admission nor an assumption of liability on the part of ConQuesT. Each Dealer is ultimately responsible for its merchandise and personnel while at ConQuesT or in the Dealer’s Room.

There is no smoking or otherwise burning objects within the Dealers Room at any time.

Dealers may play audio devices at moderate volume. The Dealer Liaison reserves the right to determine the definition of "moderate volume".

Dealers shall not sell material that is deemed offensive or inappropriate. The Dealer Liaison has the sole right to determine what is or is not deemed offensive or inappropriate. Dealers who continue to sell material that is deemed offensive or inappropriate shall be ejected without warning, and without refund. Note: This includes merchandise we feel might violate applicable copyright laws; as we are not legal experts in the field, any merchandise we feel might violate copyright laws will be deemed inappropriate.

Refunds will be issued only after the convention. You must contact the Dealer Liaison before May 1, 2013 for a full refund. Requests for refunds after May 1, 2013 will be considered by the Dealer Liaison and the Convention Chair, but will not in any case exceed 50% of the amount paid.  All refund requests must be made in writing.
